  2. Weekly Video (1-hour, watch on weekend or early am Monday)
  3. 30-Minute Weekly Group Meeting with me to discuss progress, next steps and answer questions

  6. PQ App access for 1 entire year to help you stay on track


The Positive Intelligence app will provide you with a Daily Focus audio and a “Mental Gym” so can do easy, fun, calming sensory activities that increase your self-command and expand your sense of peace.
