Come, and dance with us…in a joyful, inspired live event designed to connect body-mind-spirit through joyful movement!
With a new and amazing music playlist each week, this class will incorporate Nia Dance, Qigong, Tapping, Shaking (plus a little Belly Dancing) and Mindful Rhythmic Movement in a 75-minute class.
